A fantastic atmosphere together with the possibility of enjoying the most traditional Asturian dishes, carefully prepared under the supervision of Fernando Martín, from 1976 to 1995 in Oviedo, owned the most emblematic restaurant of the city; "Trascorrales", where he got the first Michelín Stara of Asturias and in 1989 got the Premio Nacional de Gastronomía as the best Chef of the year.
He innovates , always from the most conservative cooking, inherited from his family at the rings of th "Pelayo" restaurant. At the same square place of this Oviedo, he got to own 3 restaurants: one dedicated to Asturias cooking "EL Raitán", one small seafood restaurant "El Bocamar" and "Trascorrales" (closed because the derive of the building, when it was one of the oldest ones of Oviedo)
The cooking of Palacio de Luces obtains it carácter because the predominante of the tipical asturian products; all them elaborated in a traditional way, but innovating all the time.
